Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you have any problems with the service offered by our website, you can contact your friend within 48 hours of delivery (customer service number / email will be provided).
Payments will be made only if you take action:
- Within 14 business days from the date of cancellation of the service, if the service has already begun.
- Within 14 business days from the date of cancellation if service has not commenced.
- If you provide wrong information or half the address to the service provider, no payment will be accepted.
All refunds will be taken from the expenses of the buyers. (Unless there is a problem with the service you receive)
- If you wish to cancel a paid service, you must complete this process within 24 hours of placing your order. It cannot be canceled after a while.
- If you cancel the order and receive payment, your credit card company may charge 2.5% of the amount.
- We reserve some of the rights under which your order can be canceled at any moment of time.
- If the service is canceled from our side then in that case, the seller's return policy will be used.
